Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of massage appointments.

• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Late Arrivals:

• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing subsequent clients.

3. Health Information:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information, including any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries, that may affect the massage session.

• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatment based on the provided health information.
